Shipping is free when you purchase 7 or more lures in a single order. The shipping cost applicable to your order will be shown before payment.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the prices above unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout. Where applicable, the carrier or customs authority may request payment from you before delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. We will send you a dispatch confirmation and tracking details when available. For help with an order, contact support@norderlures.com.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, email support@norderlures.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions; you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Please package the products securely. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of returning the items. You are also responsible for arranging any return shipping documents required by the carrier. Contact us before sending a return from outside Andorra so we can help identify the correct customs paperwork.

We will refund the returned items and, where required by applicable consumer law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. We may wait until we receive the items or proof that you have sent them before issuing the refund. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the items may be deducted where permitted by law. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

These conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If a lure arrives damaged, appears to have a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, email support@norderlures.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

If we confirm a manufacturing defect or an error with your order, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no cost to you, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your applicable legal rights. If we need the item returned, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return cost.

Normal wear, damage from snagging or impacts, misuse and alterations are not manufacturing defects. We assess each case individually, without limiting your statutory rights.

You can pay by card through the secure payment platform available at checkout. NORDER LURES does not receive your full card details.
